By being members of NATO and EU, they would not be allowed to implement any hostilities against each other, and because the people's of Ukraine and Russia, and indeed the wider Baltic region, are very closely linked with trade, historically, religion and heritage, it will ensure that The People's wishes are put first, not power hungry politicians or headline grabbing mainstream media!
