Xai Xai started as a idea between 3 Partners Tanya Hira, Brett Curtin and Dorian Gashi. The idea was to create a platform to introduce wines from a unique and somewhat unexplored area of the wine world and showcase it in an environment that would provide re-enforcement to the unique character of the wines.

The Springbok Bar & Grill was founded by Peter Walker, Robin McLean and Graham Taylor. We are all South Africans hailing from Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg. Having lived in America for many years we noticed the lack of a really good rugby bar and decided that the time had come for us to do something about it.
